Complete and submit your forms
Submit the required forms to your Workday Candidate Home no later than the Thursday before your interview, which helps us get to know you. These forms are required for your interview, so please don't delay!

There are two interview groups per day. Double-check your group and arrival time before booking travel accommodations so you arrive at the correct time for your designated group.
We'll ask Group A to arrive at our HDK/HDQ Building by 0730.
We'll ask Group B to arrive at our HDK/HDQ Building by 1030.
Visitor registration
All visitors must register to enter our Corporate Campus. You'll receive a visitor registration confirmation email by end of day the Friday before your interview.

We don’t provide hotel accommodations for your interview—this cost is at your expense. The hotels listed below are recommendations located near Dallas (Love Field) with shuttle service to/from the airport and Southwest's Corporate Campus.
Check with the hotel to confirm the shuttle times and pick-up/drop-off locations. If you take a shuttle for your interview, ask that they drop you off at the Headquarters (HDK/HDQ) building via the main gate on Love Field Drive off Denton Drive.
