Assumptions:
Estimated annual earnings are based on a full-time Employee working 40 hours a week, multiplied by the current hourly wage rate for a Ramp or Provo Agent. Contractual rates increase after six months and upon an Employee’s annual work anniversary each year thereafter. There are additional income opportunities within your role to pick up overtime, shift premiums, bonuses, additional days off due to perfect attendance, etc.

401(k):
Employee contributes enough to take full advantage of 9.3% Company match. Matching contributions are subject to the Plan's vesting schedule.

ProfitSharing:
Beginning January 1 after their hire date, Employees who work at least 1,000 hours a year are eligible to participate in the Southwest Airlines ProfitSharing Plan. ProfitSharing contributions by the Company are discretionary, but Southwest Airlines has historically made a contribution to the ProfitSharing Plan every year since 1974. For 2018, eligible Employees received a contribution equal to 10% of their eligible salary. The above estimate is based on the last five years’ average payout of over 12% per year. Your actual ProfitSharing contributions may vary from year to year. ProfitSharing contributions are subject to the Plan’s vesting schedule.

Medical:
This is your estimated annual premium cost of Employee-only medical coverage in Southwest’s Health Savings Plan. Coverage begins after 30 days of employment.

Dental:
This is your estimated annual premium cost of Employee-only coverage for basic dental. Coverage begins after 30 days of employment.

Travel:
Unlimited nonrevenue, space available travel is available to you and your eligible dependents on your very first day of Employment (subject to verification).
