"I joined Southwest right after high school and it's impacted me in the most positive way! Two days after I received my diploma, Southwest offered me a job as a Ramp Agent. I worked five years on the ramp, which I truly enjoyed. I've never worked a day in my life since joining the Company—I love coming into work and having fun on the job! I'm the person I am today thanks to Southwest and the life-long friendships I've created. And most recently, I transitioned to a new role as a Flight Attendant which I absolutely love."

Southwest has given me the opportunity to be me. I get to turn it all the way up and enjoy myself at work. Roshaun Casey Inflight Instructor and U.S. Army Veteran
