Customer Service Agents
Customer Service Agents
Our Customer Service Agents (CSAs) interact with our Customers daily. While we observe Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day as holidays, having the day off is awarded by seniority. Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement, all CSAs (unless on unpaid leave) receive a holiday bonus equal to eight hours of their compensation rate. Employees required to work on an observed holiday receive time and one-half pay for their first eight hours, and triple-time thereafter.

Since this role directly impacts our Customers every day, holidays off are awarded by seniority, much like work schedules. Employees submit the time they'd like off, which the Company awards based on operational needs, staffing levels, and contractual agreements. Employees that work on observed holidays may be eligible for overtime pay and holiday bonuses as determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreements.
Vacation isn't cumulative—Employees must take it within the calendar year earned.
