Benefits for Noncontract Employees

The Company recognizes 10 paid holidays for each calendar year, including one floating holiday.
Paid Time Off Employees enjoy this flexible benefit for personal use, vacation, or to care for themselves or a loved one. The amount of Paid Time Off (PTO) for Noncontract Employees varies based on years of service; however, Employees accrue approximately 15 days in their first year.
