No, you will not be a Southwest Airlines Employee. If you accept a contract position, you would be a W-2 employee of an external Employer of Record, HireGenics.
No, you will not be eligible for Southwest Airlines Employee benefits or have non-revenue flight privileges as a contractor. HireGenics employees are offered benefits such as:
