Upcoming information sessions

While you wait to begin Inflight Initial Training, we invite you to attend an optional information session featuring speakers from Southwest University (Internal training Department), our People (HR) Department, and a current Southwest Flight Attendant. Join our Team virtually as they provide training expectations, details about the Flight Attendant role, and answer questions during a live Q&A. 


Candidates are encouraged to attend as many or as few information sessions as they'd like. Keep an eye on your email for an invitation with the subject line "You're invited! Join our Flight Attendant Information Session! from @recruit.southwestair.com to register to attend one of the virtual sessions, or explore future sessions below.
